I have a curvy body and I love it. I don’t want to be too skinny, but I would like a slimmer waist(you know, the slimmest part of your midesection below the ribcage), to make my curves a little more defined.

I do plan on losing a little weight because I think I’m a little overweight so I’m serious about getting down to a good healthy size.

Anyone know some good waist slimming exercises?
