I’m the laziest person in the world and have every excuse in the book why I’m overweight and can’t lose it. But now I think I NEED to lose weight for medical reasons and basically because I tired of being overweight. I do exercise about twice a week for 20+ mins. (I know that’s not enough.) What’s the best and safest way of losing weight? Any tips that actually work?

Im a 16 year old girl, im 175 pounds, 5″6. I really want to lose 15-20 pounds in 3 months, because i am going to be meeting someone. I can only exercise twice a week for one hour because i have a lot of things to do during the week. I was wondering if it is possible to lose 15-20 pounds in 3 months, without being anorexic and super unhealthy. Is there anyway to do it while maybe not being 100% healthy, but not too unhealthy?

How can i lose 30 pounds over Summer without dropping down much in breast size? I am a 36 B and I don’t want to drop in breast size. But I want to have flat abs before school starts. I really want to be healthy but I luv my breast size. What can I do?? (don’t tell me they’ll grow back).

I want to lose weight and I’ve tried to exercise so many times but its just not for me. AT ALL! I’m in no hurry to lose an extreme amount of weight, i just want to know how to slim down without doing exercise. I’m thinking to do this for about 3 months. I just want to lose about 10-15 pounds. I have a typical pear shape and it is very difficult to lose weight without looking sickly up top. But I’ve been on a diet to lose some extra pounds, and already have lost a ton, but my lower half is still so huge in comparison to my upper half. Are there any good exercises that will target my butt and thigh areas in particular?

I need to lose weight, 6’2″ 270 lbs. But I am scared that if I lose weight people will attack me because if I were skinny I would be an easy target. What should I do?

It’s already made and cooked but, it’s to thick, how do I make it thinner without losing the great taste?
Thanks to both M & M Mom and Lincoln6. We tried Soya Milk, as my hubby-to-be has a bad reaction to normal milk. His Soya Milk is lightly flavored with apple, so it was quite nice with the curry.

I want to lose weight, but I am too scared to do anything about it because I am scared of losing my boobs which i love. And due to this, I am gaining even more weight. Is there a way to lose weight but not boobs? Because im a hundred percent sure they say you dont choose where the weight is lost.

I end up having no problem in the morning, when I have things such as cereal, but throughout the day I end up eating things where I can’t work out my calorie intake.
How can I lose weight without checking calorie intake on everything?
