Im 13 years old and i weigh 136 pounds. I want to lose weight very bad because i think i weigh to much to be 13 years old. I was wondering what type of dieting i should do and if i just exercise on a treadmill how long will it take me to lose like 10 pounds. Could you give me your opinion about this and what i should do to lose weight. Thanks.
I will weigh myself weekly and want to lose approximately 100 pounds. I will do this with diet and exercise only and will share with you what I am doing to lose the weight.
