I want to lose weight and I’ve tried to exercise so many times but its just not for me. AT ALL! I’m in no hurry to lose an extreme amount of weight, i just want to know how to slim down without doing exercise. I’m thinking to do this for about 3 months. I just want to lose about 10-15 pounds. Not too much.
I just quit smoking about a month ago and I blew up like a puffer fish. I gained 25 pounds and can barely fit into my T-shirts anymore. It has become a sad picture. Can anyone help me lose the weight and the bellyfat?
I am 15 years old, 5’5, and I weigh 126 pounds. I only want to lose weight because my cheeks are a bit chubby, which is annoying to me. And I have big thighs. Also, my arms need to be toned up a little :/
What diet foods could I eat to lose weight? And what exercises as well? I don’t have a treadmill or exercise ball or any of that fancy stuff, by the way.
