I love my body, but I do have some extra weight I would like to lose. I just want to tone my stomach and my thighs but I want to keep my breasts.

I want to lose 20 pounds in 2 months & i am thirteen years old . I am fairly healthy and skinney but i want to get rid of my thighs and love handles . Any meal plans that i can follow or some tips . Please and thank you . & i weigh 120 pounds and i am 5’4 i thiink : ) Thanks .

Im going on a cruise at the end on April 2010 & i would love to lose about 30 pounds so i could look great ! I am also starting school in about a month and its going to be hard to workout , have school work , & carry a job at the same time. Are the any tips to get me motivated to lose weight quick and easy ?

I would love to lose weight more in my thighs & stomach area !

My thighs are naturally big and I play soccer so they are muscler, so how would I get them slimmer (not twig thin, ew, but toned) yet strong…

Also how would I get my stomach toned…

I am 5’3” and 125 lbs, and I’ve been wanting to lose weight for a long time, and i have lost up to 5-10 pounds but ive always ended up gaining it back. I just cant give in to not eating sweets. I am mainly concerned about my thighs, they are the worst part of my body. Does anybody have good diet tips, or ways to lose weight in my thighs?
