I HATE my thighs! They are big and muscular and I look really bad in all my shorts because my thighs are so big! And everything I try just makes they more muscular. Is there anyway I can loose the muscle and make they slimmer? Please help!

I play soccer for 2 hours everyday and my thighs are very muscular, something that I do not enjoy because it make me look large. Im a health freak so I eat healthy and tend not to eat much either. Is there a certain type of product, exercise, or diet that will help me get thinner thighs? And quickly? Thanks for the advice.

I’ve been losing weight, but most of it has dropped from my stomach area. Why am I not losing weight from my thighs? I thought when you lose weight, you lose it equally.

How can I lose weight on my butt and thighs? What are some exercises and meal plans? And how much weight can I lose in 23 days if I fallow that meal plan. I’ve cut down my food intake and I drink only green tea and water. I also bike instead of running

I’m almost 15 and will be a freshman in high school. I weigh 116 lbs., size 2, and I want to look good when school starts. I’d like to know how to get my tummy flat and how to make my thighs slimmer. Anyone know how?

I want to have slimmer legs (thighs, specifically) more than athletic, more muscular legs. I guess toned is what I’m going for. I know that jogging/running/walking helps, but I’ve heard that jogging can give you big muscle mass or whatever, so I was wondering which of the three will help me slim down and tone, not build muscle.
