Okay so i am chubby!
123 pounds and 5’3 and 13 years old.
I want to lose 5-10 pounds to begin with.
I want to lose weight healthly and safely.
I am willing to eat well but i do not have that much time for a lot of excerise.
So i need a diet plan with moderate excerise.

I started my routine 3 weeks ago and have already lost 7 pounds, but as you may know Ramadan is coming up and i will be fasting. I can’t work out during the day but i will be doing fast pace walking after i break my fast. For the past 3 weeks ive cut down my meals about 3/4 of before and i jog 2 miles a day. How long can i lose 25 pounds in? Will i still lose weight while i fast?

Hi, Im 5’5 and I weigh 147 pounds. I think my bmi is 124.5? If I ate a balanced diet of 1250 calories a day and jogged/run (intervals) for 2 miles 5 days a week how long will it take me to lose 30+pounds. How much pounds will I lose in 2 months if i do this?

I am 5 7 and have a small frame. I weigh 137 right now, but because of my frame, I need to lose 10 pounds. I eat terrible, everything and anything I want. I am also a drinker. My mom and sister use to be on the Weight Watchers diet and it really worked for them, so I’m planning on starting it next Monday.
