ok I am a 26 year old male that is 6’2 – 195 pounds.

I want to be 185 pounds.

If you were to look at me you would say I am skinny, except the 10 extra pounds ( beer gut ).

So what is the best way for me to lose the weight?

Should I just run? I heard cardio is the best way to burn fat, so should I run/bike/elliptical? or something else?

i do have a small stomach and i want it to be flatter. what exercises can i do to make it flatter? also i don’t like my thighs at all, how can i make them slimmer?

I am one of thoes people who gain and lose weight very easily. I have lost over 15 lbs in a two week peroid before with no health problems. I just finished finals and during this time i stress ate so i gained many pounds. I am natrually very short and very curvey.
Whenever i seriously exercise, i always lose weight in my butt first, followed by legs, hips, and finally stomach. I want to have flat somach again, what can i do? I do not have access to a gym or weights.

My stomach needs to be thinner, about 4 inches.

It is now 27, but i want it to be 23 inches. How can i do that? I used before the low curb diet (where you stop eating carbohydrates for 4 weeks) and then i’v got a stomach reduction of 7 and half inches.

So what can i do next? The fat is always stored at that stomach and need now some advice to have it melted within the next 6 weeks.

Hello everyone… I was wanting to know what are some ways to lose 10 pounds in a month. I am 14 and I really only need to lose 10 pounds. But like it is mainly my stomach. Everything else is fine. I am just a little chubby. Lol, i am a girl of course and I need to lose it by October 16ish. THanks!
