I have lost around 20 pounds and this has affected my skin and hair the most. My face looks pretty but does not glow like before and looks thin too, also my hair are nearly 1/2 of what they use to be. I had really long hair, still long but very thin. I still got to lose 8 pounds and gain some on my face to get the glow , what do I do? Is it possible to get back my fce and hair once I stop weight loss and start maintaining.
I ask this as a male, how do you make yourself look slimmer, while still embracing yourself, and still looking good? I know black is a good colour to hide that extra baggage (and it’s not like I’m that overweight), but what other things are great to hide extra baggage?
Next year, I start high school, and I want to change myself completely, and losing weight is one of the most important things on the list, so I was wondering if anyone had any tips and things i can do to lose weight over the summer?
