I’ve heard of people doing body cleansers before starting a diet, I want to lose weight!. It rids your body of toxins and such. I’m basically looking fo rmore information on them adn what kind would be recommended. I have a friend who tried the SlimQuick 7 day cleanser but wasn’t sure if that was a “trusted” brand per say… Any help is great, thanks!

I’m 5’9 and about 194lbs. I’ve already lost 8lbs. I was just wondering how many pounds have to come off before you notice it. I am doing this a healthy way so don’t tell me how to lose weight. I have been losing 2lbs a week.

I want to lose weight but I am not all about that diet pill stuff. I tried weight watchers before but I was really busy with getting things ready for my wedding that it was the last thing on my mind to eat right.
