Strategies To Lose Weight Fast

I’m 19 years old and I’m starting to like high heels (4-5 inches). My calves are not big, but not slim either (like it’s on its way to getting big and muscular) So I want to know if wearing high heels will make my calves slimmer.

Is there anyway i can do my make-up to make my ugly round face appear slimmer? I hate my face shape! :/ oh and if there’s any haircuts/styles that make the face appear slimmer can you let me know?

So i bought a few hanes plain white V-neck tshirts in MENS sizes, so it looks very boxy on my body. Is there any way I can cut//do anything to it to make it slimmer?

My legs are very huge. i’ve been pretty active lately and everyone said my thighs got noticably slimmer. But my calves are not really make any difference. can stretching them make them smaller? if not, how can i make them slimmer? thanks.

im 5’8 and i weigh 187

i do have a small stomach and i want it to be flatter. what exercises can i do to make it flatter? also i don’t like my thighs at all, how can i make them slimmer?

I’ve got a pretty decent body in general, although I would feel much more confident if I had slimmer legs. Would biking help me to achieve that?

Okay im 13 and im like 5’2 or lower im really small against everybody else in my year and i HATE it how can i make my legs look longer and my body look slimmer im abit plump and i really want to look and feel confident with my body so tips on how to make my legs look taller and body slimmer (not allowed heels for school) like skirt or pants like skirt tights or black knee socks okay ???
