My job is working with electrostatic paint (paint made for metal). I have a lot of paint splatters on my lenses and rubbing alcohol doesn’t get rid of it. Is it safe to use paint thinner on transition lenses? I’m scared that if i use it the transition may mess up.

Im 5’5” and I weigh about 165 and I want to lose at least 30 pounds.Im an exchange student in Switzerland so I will have to eat a lot of swiss food but I hate cheese and i dont eat a lot of chocolate so i dont have to worry about that.What kind of food and exercise would you reccomend and do you think 6 months is a decent amount of time to lose the weight.

There are a few spots of what looks like paint on a sweatshirt. If it is paint, would thinner remove it? If not, what would?
I did try paint thinner, but it did no good. I washed it, and letting it air dry on the porch. I’m beginning to wonder now if it’s something else, like fingernail polish. Whatever it is, it’s kind of rust-colored.
