Is there anyway i can do my make-up to make my ugly round face appear slimmer? I hate my face shape! :/ oh and if there’s any haircuts/styles that make the face appear slimmer can you let me know?

I have always had long hair but now I want a change I want to cut it shorter, to about just below the chest. But I have a round face. Will that length of hair make my face look fatter or slimmer? With round faces is it the longer the hair, the skinner the face or vise versa? Thank you.
