This is my advice on weight loss (its just my opinion do what works for you!!!) and how I went from a size 14 to an 8. There is no magic potion (I wish) so woman up and do what we all have to do! My Routine Interval Sprints (yikes) 3x’s a week-walk for 3 minutes/sprint hard for 1 minute for atleast 30 minutes Weights 2x’s a week (when I am being good) Diet: Come on you know whats bad for you! I try to eat a high protein diet and snack throughout the day. Weight loss about 21lbs Time it took about 4 months-SPRINTING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
