Im a 16 year old girl, im 175 pounds, 5″6. I really want to lose 15-20 pounds in 3 months, because i am going to be meeting someone. I can only exercise twice a week for one hour because i have a lot of things to do during the week. I do the regular diet and exercise but typically I lose about 2 pounds a week. I figure through research that four pounds is fine too as long as it’s no more than that.
