I am going away in June and I need to lose a lot of pounds. I am a 20 year old male,and I am 6’1 280 pounds. I want to know how to lose about 50 pounds if possible from now until the mid point of June 2011. All the help would be amazing. Please try and give me ways to do it without spending a lot of money.

Sit-ups probably wont help fully so what other exercises are to be done to get a slimmer belly? Im wondering because im going to the beach in April and need to work out. Also Im going to be busy in March so I need something that can be done not regularly but every other day.Also Im 14 so nothing to hard but still able to loose belly fat. Thanks a Bunches!

I want to lose weight in 2 weeks. I don’t really care how much just as long as its visible to see. Like someone can easily tell that I lost weight. How many pounds do I need to lose in order for that to happen? And how long will it take 2 lose those pounds? Thank you.

I am 42 years old 5’2 228lbs eat 1200-1500 calorie diet and use trendmill and strength training daily 1 1/2 hrs. I have only lose 7lbs so far and some inches but the pounds have stop coming off and I still look fat. Is it because I have so much fat on my body that all I can get off is inches and not pounds.
