Is it possible to look about 5 lb thinner with a tan or nah?

I’ve read all over the place that it makes you look thinner and more toned, probably not by a lot – but I’m sure it does a bit.

How can i lose 30 pounds over Summer without dropping down much in breast size? I am a 36 B and I don’t want to drop in breast size. But I want to have flat abs before school starts. I really want to be healthy but I luv my breast size. What can I do?? (don’t tell me they’ll grow back).

I am 5’2 1/2, and around 95 lbs. My upper body stays small no matter how much weight I gain (I never gain any in my stomach or ribcage area), but my legs are pretty disproportional to the rest of my body, and it makes it hard to find jeans with a small waist and bigger legs.
My question is what should my weight goal be?
I know I want to lose weight in my legs, but how much can I lose without being unhealthy?

Hello I am 5’9 and Im 200 pounds and I am currently doing cardio, weight training and eatting right to lose weight. I need your help to tell how much weight for each dumbbell I should use to bench press with. I am currently using 15 pounds each dumbbell but I dont know if that is the correct weight I should use. I’m trying to get in shape in the summer and I want to lose weight safely, but I was just wondering about how much weight that could be over a 3 month period? I’m 5’7″ tall, 120 pounds, 18 years old. I’m trying to lose weight so that my face will look a lot thinner and I want my collar bones to stick out. How much weight should I lose?
