So you just had a baby or maybe it’s been a while since your bundle of joy arrived. At any rate your ready to lose the baby fat that you acquired during your pregnancy.

In this article I will share with you my personal experience and how I went about losing baby fat after my son was born.

Getting some exercise is very important. But how do you get exercise when you have a baby to care for? (There are actually a lot of things you can do with your baby for exercise, basically you just have to get moving)

One of the things I did was buy a jogging stroller, and my son loves the walks I take him for in it. You can get one new or you can pick one up at a resale shop or garage/yard sale extremely cheap.

Another obvious thing you should do to lose baby fat is to cut back on calories (Unless you are breastfeeding) If you are NOT breastfeeding then cutting back on calories is crucial to losing baby fat fast.

If you’re like me, you absolutely love food and cutting back is easier said than done. My problem is that my appetite is too big. I figured if I could control my appetite somehow, I could lose the baby fat faster and easier. So I went about trying to figure out how to have more appetite control.

After much trial and error and spending a lot of money on stuff that doesn’t work I discovered a product that was absolutely crucial to my weight loss success.
