I have gained 40 pounds in three years and it has taken a toll. I need a healthy way that I can lose 25 pounds in 3 months. I know the key stuff, eating right and exercising. Have others tried something else that has promoted weight loss?

I’m looking to lose about 20 pounds to get fit. I want to know what’s the most efficient way to do that? I own a treadmill and a stationary bike as well. So what do you guys recommend I do to lose weight efficiently and quickly as well.
I’ve tried to make up my own weight loss programs in the past and they’ve failed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I’m going to run spring track this spring (distance, not sprints). Is 10 pounds reasonable if i’m serious about losing the weight? I don’t have alot to lose, just some stomach fat. Also, any tips for losing weight?

I am 5″5 / 5″6 and I weigh 135 lbs. I would like to lose around 30 pounds in three months by excercising and eating healthy with small portions. Im going on a cruise at the end on April 2010 & i would love to lose about 30 pounds so i could look great ! I am also starting school in about a month and its going to be hard to workout , have school work , & carry a job at the same time. I just signed up with a gym and I just wanted to make sure that my weight loss goals were realistic. With consistent exercise and diet, is it possible to lose 25 pounds in 2 and a half months? Any tips would also be appreciated! Thanks!

At 15 5’6 and a 150 pounds 20% body fat can i lose 20 pounds of pure fat with animal cuts so that im at 8% body fat?

I want to know some healthy lose-weight tips before I go to college, which is about 9 months from now. I have a foot problem, and can’t really walk well so jogging and any sport requiring footwork is out of the picture. Plus, I’m not very athletic either. I’m about 70 kg. I want to lose at least 15 pounds. I need some diet tips.
