Im a 16 year old girl, im 175 pounds, 5″6. I really want to lose 15-20 pounds in 3 months, because i am going to be meeting someone. I can only exercise twice a week for one hour because i have a lot of things to do during the week. I was wondering if it is possible to lose 15-20 pounds in 3 months, without being anorexic and super unhealthy. Is there anyway to do it while maybe not being 100% healthy, but not too unhealthy?

No diet pills or food programs please! I am willing to diet and excersise, but i cant spend much on it. I have 5lb weights, a stationary bike, ab louge, and stair stepper at home. Plus i have an area i can walk or run. Please help me lose 45 pounds in 3 1/2 months!

I have lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the new year and I have recently stopped losing weight. I eat 1,200 calories a day, give or take one or two hundred. How can I lose the last 10 pounds?

I’m trying to get in shape in the summer and I want to lose weight safely, but I was just wondering about how much weight that could be over a 3 month period? I know not everyone has the same metabolism, nor do they follow the same diet/workout routine, but I’m just curious if anyone knows around how much weight should I expect to lose, say following Weight Watchers or plans similar in their goal of changing your eating habits?
