I’m planning on losing about 35 lbs within the next two months. I’ve heard that if you lose weight too fast, then your skin will start to sag and get loose. I want to know how to lose that much weight and still keep my skin nice and tight.

My calves are pretty thin but suddenly when it reaches my thighs, they get pretty thick which is probably the reason why I have a big butt…
