I currently weigh 108 pounds at the age of 15, i used to weigh 143 pounds but lost a lot of weight in a very short space of time, around 3 months. I ate very little and now i eat more however still very small amounts. I have been to doctors who say i am underweight and have a low bmi. However, my ankles are still big and i would really like to know how to lose weight on my ankles without having to eat 500 calories a day. Please help!

I do the regular diet and exercise but typically I lose about 2 pounds a week. I figure through research that four pounds is fine too as long as it’s no more than that. Anyone have any tips to make my weight loss more efficient? And I do cardio a lot and cut down on calories. Pretty much got all the fundamentals down but advice on anything else is appreciated.

I was wondering if anybody had any tips/suggestions for weight loss. I am about 5’10″ and way about 190 pounds, which is a little bit more than I would like. I want a workout that will help me lose not only weight but also excess body fat. Most importantly, I want to come up with a personal plan to diet and exercise to lose 20 pounds in 18 weeks. I know I am asking a lot, but I think it will be beneficial.

I work out every morning for two hours at a strength and conditioning camp which includes weight lifting which= tons of new muscle= more weight!!!!!!!

This camp is four days a week, 2 hrs a day.

I want to lose weight though, not gain wait. So how can I keep gaining this muscle but loose weight in other ways?? Because I am a flyer for cheer and if i weigh too much I will wiegh my bases down?!!?!
