Okay so i am chubby!
123 pounds and 5’3 and 13 years old.
I want to lose 5-10 pounds to begin with.
I want to lose weight healthly and safely.
I am willing to eat well but i do not have that much time for a lot of excerise.
So i need a diet plan with moderate excerise.

Hello everyone… I was wanting to know what are some ways to lose 10 pounds in a month. I am 14 and I really only need to lose 10 pounds. But like it is mainly my stomach. Everything else is fine. I am just a little chubby. Lol, i am a girl of course and I need to lose it by October 16ish. THanks!

I have extremely thick black hair.It is a little past my shoulders(maybe by a cm or two). It is very thick&it’s growing pattern in a new layers or new growth,then it gets longer.Perms don’t take well to my hair,so i press it with a hot comb every once and a while.I would like my hair to be thinner in layers¬ curly when water touches it.How can I make my hair thinner in layers&abel to wet it and pretty much do anything with it. Basically,how can i make my hair easy to manage?

I have thick hair and when I straighten it gets thinner but not as thin as I want it to be. I was wondering if I could get advice on hair products and other ways to make my hair look thinner, smoother and less frizzy. Thanks!
