I have a typical pear shape and it is very difficult to lose weight without looking sickly up top. But I’ve been on a diet to lose some extra pounds, and already have lost a ton, but my lower half is still so huge in comparison to my upper half. On tv, they always either have people who lost 25 pounds in bikinis, or people who lost 400 pounds in suits because of all their loose skin. What about the people who lose 100-150 pounds. Do they get that loose skin thing too? Or can they look normal?

I am serious I would settle for even 20 or 15 but I want to lose pounds. A good friend of mine is coming down from another state and I never ever see him so I want to look awesome. I can totally stop eating candy and junk food but what else do I have to do? How many cruches? Jumping Jacks? Jogs? Bike Rides? I NEED SERIOUS HELP!
