Strategies To Lose Weight Fast

Okay so my uncles been in jail for 11 months now. Hes always been my weight lost buddy. Since hes been in jail I have lost 20 pounds. Hes getting out on the 28th of nov. IM SOO EXCITED but would like to lose 10 more pounds and tone up. What is the best way to do this. I only have 27 days. Any tips would be apprciated.

Hello, I am 5 flat and used to be 135 pounds. I have lost 15 pounds and am now at 120 pounds. My ideal weight would be 110 pounds. However, I’ve noticed that after a month of working out regularly and eating right, the scale won’t budge. Any good suggestions to lose the last stubborn 10 pounds? Any suggestions from people who actually done it before? Thanks.
