I am 17 years old 5’3″ 112 lbs. In order to continue to cheer i need to weight about 105. I have been trying to lose weight since march and really have seen no results. I eat according to the special K diet and work out for at least an hour every day. I have recently begun running about 4 miles a day if not more. I still cannot lose weight. What so I do from here without starving myself. I still have to have energy to cheer and tumble 4 days a week.
