Its almost time for summer vacation and I really want to lose some weight. The average 10 year old should be about 70.4 lbs but my weight is 110 lbs so how can I start losing weight by the end of the summer?

i am eating a healthy diet of only whole grain carbs (and special k cereal) protein and many fruits and vegetables. i am also swimming for an hour a day doing 80 laps freestyle. is this an effective way of losing 55 pounds?? do you guys have any tips to help me?
