Well I know in general, 2 pounds a week is all you should lose. BUT if you are extremely overweight, it’s not uncommon to see more than that dropping when you first start to exercise. I’m 50 pounds overweight and want to start losing it.

Based on calculations, 2 pounds a week takes about 6 months. But I’m not sure how to factor in the bit about how you might lose more than that for the first few weeks. So maybe, 5 months? I want to be close to my targetted size by Halloween.

I like my legs but I still want them to be real slimmer and Halloween is coming up faster than we think.
Halloween is my time to be slutty and my costume will include VERY short shorts exposing my whole leg.
How can I get my legs slimmer by Halloween?
