2)You should always eat breakfast. After a study researchers concluded that by not eating breakfast your metabolic rate will be 4-5% slower than it should be. By eating a good healthy breakfast you will actually speed up your metabolism and you will eat a lot less food.

3)A common unhealthy eating habit is that of eating all your food very fast. If you gobble your food down in big chunks without chewing it well you will eat a lot more food. You have to give your body all the time it needs to signal you that you are full and that you can stop eating. You should get into the habit of eating a lot slower each and every meal.

4)Before each and every meal you should eat something that contains a lot of fibers. The majority of veggies and fruits are good. You can eat a carrot, grapefruit or apple before each meal. The fibers they contain will stop you from eating a lot of food during the meal.

5)Nobody is forcing you to eat all the food from your plate. When you feel you are full you should stop eating. You won’t help anybody by eating all the food found on your plate. Regardless of how tasty the food is, how much you have spent on it or if you are a guest at a table, nothing should have a hold on you so powerful as to make you clean your plate and ask for more.

6)You should have forbidden foods that you will avoid eating but from time to time you should also indulge yourself and eat your favorite foods. If you don’t you are more likely to binge and not stop until you ruin all the progress you have made until then. A good idea is to have a small piece of chocolate from time to time as a way to reward yourself.

7)When following any diet it is very easy to become dissatisfied with eating the same things all the time. One thing you can do is to expand your culinary horizon and explore the international cuisines. I am confident that you will discover new and tasty recipes that will fit your chosen diet.
