What can I do to lose four pounds in a week?

I figure through research that four pounds is fine too as long as it’s no more than that. Anyone have any tips to make my weight loss more efficient? And I do cardio a lot and cut down on calories. Pretty much got all the fundamentals down but advice on anything else is appreciated.
