I need to lose weight in 3-4 weeks. I’ve been trying all summer. I’m doing cardio workouts for 30min 5-6 days a week. I’m also eating 3 small healthy meals with some fruit in between. I’m also drinking lots of water. I will not eat past 12:00 AM and will cut back on soda. I’ve been doing this for a long time but it’s not working. I need to lose at least 10 pounds. Are there any other faster and healthier ways of losing weight fast?
I’m an 18 year old female and weigh 133 I want to lose 15 pounds by June. I’m also at the gym every single day and eat really healthy. I don’t eat candy/soda/fast food, any of that junk. Please help. I’m starting Quicktrim tomorrow, to see what it does. Any suggestions?
