I want to lose weight and I have lost 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks just by exercising but I want better results, how?

I’ve been working out and eating right im even doing weight watcher’s, and i need some advice on what else i should do to lose the weight, i have until January to lose 31 pounds i already lost 3 pounds of that! I weight 154.2 and im trying to get to 125 toned! So please help me out. Thank you

Every time I exercise I gain muscle weight but I want to lose 10 lbs. I’m running a 5k in a month and I need to start running to prepare. I exercise now almost every day and do sit ups to and abs slide to flatten my stomach. Normally I use the gazelle or I ride my bike for exercise. How do I lose weight rather than gain? Thanks for your help.

ok i am 5’5 and i weigh 200 pounds, i am 16 years old. i hate being this way, and my goal weight is 140 pounds, i want to lose 60 pounds before Feb 20. and i want to do this by exercising, i already know the foods i am suppose to eat and how many times a day to eat, and to always drink water and only eat around 1300 calories a day. what exercises can i do to workout?
