I want to know some healthy lose-weight tips before I go to college, which is about 9 months from now. I have a foot problem, and can’t really walk well so jogging and any sport requiring footwork is out of the picture. Plus, I’m not very athletic either. I’m about 70 kg. I hate my legs.
My calves are pretty thin but suddenly when it reaches my thighs, they get pretty thick which is probably the reason why I have a big butt…

I’m 15 years old, my height is 5″3, and weigh 197 pounds. I’m trying to lose about 60 pounds so I can get to my actual weight to be, but I’m going to make it easy by losing about 10 pounds every 2 weeks or short in this month. Any advice I could know like how many jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, jump roping, etc. that I should do to lose this weight.
