I want to lose 55 pounds, so if i swim everyday for an hour a day and eat a healthy diet will i lose theweight?
i am eating a healthy diet of only whole grain carbs (and special k cereal) protein and many fruits and vegetables. i am also swimming for an hour a day doing 80 laps freestyle. is this an effective way of losing 55 pounds?? do you guys have any tips to help me?

Im 13 and weigh 143 pounds. I dont think thats healthy. I want to lose weight around my tummy any suggestions how to? How many calories do I need to lose to lose 20 pounds in a month too?

Walking at a certain speed wherein I feel muscle “strain” (I can feel the burn!) is very healthy for me, I know. But I want to know how fast I can lose weight by doing this daily and eating a healthy diet full of a balanced amount of pasta, vegetables, meat, and water.
Can I lose five-ten pounds in 5 months or so? Or how long, and how many pounds?
