Ok, i am currently 200 pounds, and i run 1 mile every day. I’ve already lost 20 pounds. If i continue running a mile a day and lifting weights and eating healthy, how long will it take to lose 45 pounds? all answers will be appreciated.

I want to lose 55 pounds, so if i swim everyday for an hour a day and eat a healthy diet will i lose theweight?
i am eating a healthy diet of only whole grain carbs (and special k cereal) protein and many fruits and vegetables. i am also swimming for an hour a day doing 80 laps freestyle. is this an effective way of losing 55 pounds?? do you guys have any tips to help me?
