I asked before and didn’t get any answers. Help please! I keep spraining my ankle which throws off my diet/excercise regiment and then I get off track and either gain weight or just stay the same, I stop losing. What can I do to lose weight while my ankle is recovering?

I have an okay body, not too fat, and not too thin. But my face is a bit poofy. It’s like taking the fats in the cheeks. I’ve tried many types of fad diets and exercises, they work wonders with my body but not with my face. How do I get a thinner and more defined face (most especially my cheeks)? Hi, Im 5’5 and I weigh 147 pounds. I think my bmi is 124.5? If I ate a balanced diet of 1250 calories a day and jogged/run (intervals) for 2 miles 5 days a week how long will it take me to lose 30+pounds. How much pounds will I lose in 2 months if i do this?
I play soccer for 2 hours everyday and my thighs are very muscular, something that I do not enjoy because it make me look large. Im a health freak so I eat healthy and tend not to eat much either. Is there a certain type of product, exercise, or diet that will help me get thinner thighs? And quickly? Thanks for the advice.
I have a typical pear shape and it is very difficult to lose weight without looking sickly up top. But I’ve been on a diet to lose some extra pounds, and already have lost a ton, but my lower half is still so huge in comparison to my upper half. Are there any good exercises that will target my butt and thigh areas in particular?
Well I’m going to be going back to school August 26 and I want to lose 10 pounds before then. I don’t have Access to a gym or any work out Equipment and I can’t go outside. I have quit drinking pop and I rarely eat anything sweet(like once a month)
My daily diet consists of ramen noodles,chicken,and grilled cheese,and I know these aren’t the best things to eat but I eat small portions.
