I want to lose about 10 pounds as quickly as possible. I am 5′ 1/4 of an inch and my weight fluctuates between 110-115 pounds. I have a problem with eating like crap one day, then not eating for two or three days in a row because I feel so guilty about eating the bad food. I stay pretty thin this way, but if I can get the same results by eating as I do by not eating, I would like it more.

Simply put, what’s the best way to lose that last stubborn 10 pounds, either through exercise, eating healthy, or both?

My birthday is the second Friday in July. On June 30th I want to start a exercise routine that I’d continue with after my birthday. But right now I just want to lose 10 pounds in those two weeks.

Mainly targeting my stomach/sides.

I’m going on vacation in 2 weeks and I need the best way to lose 5 pounds before then without having to buy any products. Maybe a few certain foods for the next two weeks or something? I know the typical thing would be eating healthy and exercising but my schedule is pretty busy to fit in a long period of exercise and I don’t even eat much as it is. Thanks.

I am trying desperately to lose weight. I’m 18 and have struggled with weight all my life. I would love to lose about 130 and need to do so in order to be healty. I have tried every diet in the past from low carb, to low cal and fat. I do not eat much and gain a lot more weight than what I take in. I am one string from giving up and I am desperate. I am going to give another try to weight loss and this time I am planning to use a supplement to assist me. I am also considering doing the hollywood diet on the weekends to help.
