Im a 16 year old girl, im 175 pounds, 5″6. I really want to lose 15-20 pounds in 3 months, because i am going to be meeting someone. I can only exercise twice a week for one hour because i have a lot of things to do during the week. I was wondering if it is possible to lose 15-20 pounds in 3 months, without being anorexic and super unhealthy. Is there anyway to do it while maybe not being 100% healthy, but not too unhealthy?

I am 5’2 1/2, and around 95 lbs. My upper body stays small no matter how much weight I gain (I never gain any in my stomach or ribcage area), but my legs are pretty disproportional to the rest of my body, and it makes it hard to find jeans with a small waist and bigger legs.
My question is what should my weight goal be?
I know I want to lose weight in my legs, but how much can I lose without being unhealthy?

The trick? Fill yourself with liquids like Soup while preparing a meal (this ruins your appetite). So you can then eat almost all you want (of vegatables mainly) because your stomach is full of liquids that don’t have many calories. Then you feel physically full and also satisfied. Leave a little room for desert and your last feelings are of stuffing yourself with desert before having to quit because you are bloated.

I am about 5’7″ and 170 pounds. I can’t seem to lose weight on diet plans. I even tried the low carb diets and eating that much meat was just too gross for me. Has anyone tried going vegetarian or vegan to lose weight? Would you have any additional recommendations for this dieting method?

This winter break, I am planning on making a strong effort to lose weight. For all who are wondering, the break will be 6 weeks long.

Here is what I am planning to do:
-Eat a very reasonable diet.
-Take protein supplements.
-Drink lots of water.
-Ride my bike for an hour or two a day.
-Go to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and do some anaerobic exercise to build lean muscle.

Would this be unhealthy? I have a feeling I will lose weight rather quickly, but a friend told me that losing weight fast is almost as unhealthy as being overweight in the first place. Is my plan unreasonable?

I’m 14 years old 5’1” and 145 pounds. I’m trying to find ways to lose weight being a vegetarian. Almost everything I look at ( what your supposed to eat, recipes etc.) says to eat meat/fish at least once a day for protein to help you lose weight. Can someone please give me things to eat everyday being a vegetarian and exercises to do to help me lose weight?
