Especially my thighs though. My body is extremely unproportional because my stomach is nice and flat, but then my thighs are HUGE, and my arms are really big too. Is there anything I can do to make them thinner, but not like, muscular and thick? Just less jiggly & toned & THIN?

I think my upper arms looks big compared to the rest of my body, How do I make them look thinner? Is there any kind of exercise anyone can suggest? I don’t really want arms that too muscular.
Also, I recently realised that my right arm is bigger and more muscular than my left arm. I want to rectify that, but I’m not sure how. I tried to lift more stuff using my left arm, but I am not sure if that would help. Any suggestions?
