How to lose weight on ankles if you are already underweight?

I ate very little and now i eat more however still very small amounts. I have been to doctors who say i am underweight and have a low bmi. However, my ankles are still big and i would really like to know how to lose weight on my ankles without having to eat 500 calories a day. Please help!

Well you are 15 and you have lost 35 lbs in 3 months and now you’re asking for tips on ankle weight loss. I hope you will wake up from your trance and realize that you are turning into an anorexic fast. Eating under 1200 calories is unhealthy. That doesn’t mean you’re gonna have health problems when you are 50, that means your quality of life will be affected NOW, and your lifespan maybe shortened SEVERELY. Anorexics can die at ages as young as 16 or 17 if they start young. Starving is not beautiful, starving is DEATH. Be at a healthy weight, live life and have fun cuz you’re still a kid and what you’re doing to yourself is considered torture.
Hi, I recognize what it’s like to tussle with losing weight, I’ve resigned myself to a few extra pounds (I presume the extra pounds will eternally be with me). Yet my co-worker is using TDS and it seems, it’s been a an achievement and I’m gonna give it a try too!
